Shipping Policy

WEVRS™ is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. QC proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. WEVRS™ also offers same day dispatch.

SHIPPING

All orders for our products are dispatched and delivered within 0-7* business working days. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. We ensure following things from our end:

  1. We offer free Shipping all over India for Prepaid orders.
  2. Cash on Delivery is available but with a minimal logistic charges.
  3. We dispatch orders within 24-48 working hours from the date of order placed. 
  4. Orders are usually delivered to customers within 3-7 days in case of Prepaid order while it takes 5-10 days in case of COD orders.
  5. Due to high order volume and unavoidable circumstances, few of the orders might face delayed delivery.


WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address and phone number entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Also, ensure that the phone number provided is correct as the shipment OTP and all shipment related messages will be delivered on the provided phone number. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

WEVRS™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.

RETURN REQUEST DAYS

There will be no return but only replacement allowed. In case, if the item is out of stock, then a refund will be initiated from our end. The replacement request should be raised within 5 days from delivery date.

ACCEPTANCE
